“It is a regular shaped parcel of land, is a flat block and sits right on the doorstep of Hesse St, which is the commercial and retail hub of Queenscliff”.

Mr Darcy said the land provided a multitude of different scenarios for residential development.

Mr Darcy said it was hard to price something like this as there was nothing similar in Queenscliff to compare it to.
“You would have to think something like this would have to sit around the $2 million mark give or take,” he said.
